Kelsey Hallahan
Kelsey Hallahan is the Director of Industry Data at the American Clean Power Association (ACP). In this role, she leads the association’s market intelligence, industry statistics (including responsibility for the CleanPower IQ database), and market reports.
Prior to joining ACP in October 2023, Kelsey ran the Low Carbon Commodities pricing team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, where she launched first-of-its-kind Renewable Natural Gas prices, contributed energy transition market analysis, and coordinated the company’s work on how to integrate greenhouse gas emissions into traditional commodities trading. Previous roles at the company included time spent on the Platts natural gas pricing team and as an energy markets data journalist. Before starting at S&P Global, Kelsey was an ORISE Fellow at the Energy Information Administration’s Office of Policy Analysis.
Kelsey received her Master’s of Science in International Energy Economics and Policy from the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po in Paris, France, and a B.A. in History and Middle Eastern Languages from the University of Washington in Seattle. In her free time, she enjoys baking, bicycling, garment sewing, and volunteering with dog rescue organizations.
